The Technology

Hydrogen technology, engineered at Universiti Malaya

At the core of Zephyron is the ZMAE-1, a patented, membrane-less oxyhydrogen electrolyzer that makes carbon cleaning faster, safer, and for the first time measurable.

ZMAE-1

The Zero Gap Membrane less Electrolyzer

Conventional electrolyzers are complex and costly. The ZMAE-1 eliminates expensive membranes entirely a simpler, more durable design that produces pure oxyhydrogen on demand. That gas is drawn into the engine, where hydrogen’s high-heat combustion dislodges hardened carbon from pistons, valves and the combustion chamber. The loosened carbon then exits harmlessly through the exhaust. No membranes. No chemicals. No dismantling

MORE THAN MACHINE

A Platform in Three Layers

Hardware

An on-demand oxyhydrogen generator, engineered for safety and continuous operation. Protected by a growing patent portfolio

Sensors

Automotive-grade sensors measure the engine before and after every treatment Sensirion SGP41 (NOx/HC), PMS5003 (PM2.5/PM10), and MQ-7 (CO).

Cloud

A Python-based algorithm converts sensor data into meaningful outcomes, CO₂ reduced, fuel saved, tree-equivalency, delivered as ESG-ready reports and a real-time fleet dashboard.

How Zephyron Works

A cleaner combustion chamber, restored performance, and a measurably better drive in under 30 minutes, with nothing removed

Generate Oxyhydrogen

Produced safely, on demand, from water

Connect to Intake

The gas feed attaches to the engine intake

Assist Carbon Removal

Hydrogen aids carbon breakdown during combustion

What Makes It Different

 Engineered where others compromise
